Today I curled up on the sofa with my cat

and played Skyrim all day. I’m not even ashamed to say i’m still in my pj’s. Lazy days are awesome!

I walked past someone’s house the other day

I read Lyra’s Oxford by Philip Pullman

last night, it was one of my birthday presents from my gorgeous boyfriend. The book is really small but the story is really sweet and sad, a nice little read. Sad to hear about Lyra not seeing Will for 2 years :( I would love to read a book about Will’s side of things too (fingers crossed he releases the little green book) I love Philip Pullman!
Also, I started reading The Long Earth by Terry Pratchett this morning. I say started but I only got 10 pages in before my cat wanted by affection and started rubbing her face all over my lovely soft matt book sleeve. A wet nose mark later and it was put back on my shelf. Maybe tomorrow.
